What you get

Influencer search results, explained

  • Ranked by relevance

Creators are ranked by how many matching videos they made and the views on them, then by audience, so the people who really cover your niche come first.

  • Real reach

Analysing a creator reads their profile and recent posts: average views, likes and comments, engagement rate, posts per week and the last post date.

  • Contacts

Emails and phone numbers from the bio, the link in bio, and other platforms they link to. YouTube channels with a business email are marked.

  • Filters that cost nothing

Followers between, engagement above, has an email, verified, country, a word in the bio. Filters run on the results already on screen.

How it works

How to use the influencer finder

  1. 1

    Search a niche

Type the words your audience uses, pick YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, and a country.

  2. 2

    Shortlist

Creators who keep coming up for your niche rank first. Filter by followers, engagement or an email in the bio.

  3. 3

    Analyse and save

Analyse the promising ones for real averages and contacts, then save them to a project with a status.

Use it to

Influencer search tool use cases

  • Find micro-influencers

Creators with 10K to 100K followers often charge less and get more engagement. Filter to that tier and sort by engagement.

  • Plan a launch

Shortlist 20 creators for a launch, analyse them, and track who you contacted and who replied in a project.

  • Size a niche

See who leads a topic on each platform and how big their audiences are before you commit a budget.

  • Hand it to an agent

The same search runs over MCP, so Claude or another agent can shortlist creators for you under a spending limit.

Influencer search tool FAQ

How is the engagement rate worked out?

On TikTok and Instagram it is the average likes plus comments of a creator’s recent posts, divided by their followers. On YouTube, where listings show views and not likes, it is the average views of recent videos divided by subscribers. Both are shown as a percentage.

Where do the contact details come from?

Only from what creators publish: emails and phone numbers written in their bio, their link in bio, and the links on their profile. YouTube shows whether a channel has a business email; the address itself sits behind a CAPTCHA on YouTube, so OpenReach tells you it exists and where to find it.

Do I need a project?

No. Every tool works on its own. When a result is worth keeping, save it to a project in one click: creators and leads get an outreach status, notes and tags, and monitors check for new mentions on a schedule.

Does OpenReach post, comment or send messages for me?

No. OpenReach finds people, businesses and conversations and keeps them organised. You reach out yourself, in your own words. That keeps your accounts safe and your outreach honest.
