Brand sentiment
What is brand sentiment?
Brand sentiment is the general attitude people express towards a brand across reviews, posts and conversations. It is usually measured with sentiment analysis of brand mentions and reported as the share of positive, negative and neutral mentions.
Why brand sentiment matters
Sentiment shows how a launch, a price change or an incident landed, and whether reputation is improving. A sudden drop is often the first sign of a problem worth investigating.
