Lead nurturing
What is lead nurturing?
Lead nurturing is the ongoing contact with leads who are not ready to buy yet: emails, content, invitations and check-ins that stay useful and relevant. The aim is to build trust and stay in mind until the lead has a real need.
It is often automated with email sequences, with sales stepping in when lead scoring shows rising interest.
Why lead nurturing matters
Many leads buy months after their first contact. Without nurturing, they forget you and buy from whoever is in front of them when the need arrives.
