Brand community
What is a brand community?
A brand community is a group of people connected by their interest in a brand or product: user forums, Discord or Slack servers, subreddits, user groups and events. Members help each other, share tips and feedback, and often become advocates.
Healthy communities give members value from each other, not just announcements from the company.
Why a brand community matters
A community turns customers into contributors and advocates, and gives the company a direct line to its users.
