Email finder
What is an email finder?
An email finder looks up email addresses for a company or a person at a company. It searches public sources such as websites and documents, and uses the company’s address pattern (for example first.last@company.com), usually with a confidence score.
Addresses should be checked with email verification before sending, to keep bounce rates low.
Why an email finder matters
Reaching the right person beats a generic info@ address. Using found addresses still requires following anti-spam and privacy rules.
Related marketing terms
Email verification checks whether an address exists and can receive mail before you send, so fewer emails bounce and your reputation stays healthy.
Lead enrichment adds missing details to a lead, such as a work email, company size, website or role, so it can be qualified and contacted.
