Beta testers
What are beta testers?
Beta testers are people who use a product before it is generally available, during a beta period. They find bugs, point out confusing parts and share what is missing. A closed beta is invitation-only; an open beta is available to anyone who signs up.
Why beta testers matter
Testers catch problems before they reach every customer and often become loyal early users and advocates.
