Product seeding
What is product seeding?
Product seeding is sending a product to a large group of selected creators or early customers, usually around a launch, without paying for posts. The aim is to put the product in many hands at once so mentions appear naturally.
It is a broader, more planned version of gifting, often paired with a launch date, a hashtag or a promo code.
Why product seeding matters
Many unpaid mentions at the same time can create visible buzz for a launch. It also reveals which creators love the product, who are natural candidates for paid work later.
